01Independent fan-made service

This is an independent AI creative tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Mesut Özil, a football club, league or governing body. Names and goal references describe the creative inspiration, not an official relationship.

02Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Provide accurate account information, keep your login secure and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

03Images, permissions and acceptable use

You must own or have the rights and explicit permission necessary to upload and transform an image. Every person depicted must be an adult who consents to the AI transformation. You permit us and the generation provider to process the input as needed to fulfill your request.

Do not create content involving minors, sexual exploitation, harassment, hateful abuse, illegal activity, deceptive impersonation or non-consensual use of a person’s likeness. Do not present generated footage as a real event, an authentic statement or an endorsement. We may reject requests or restrict accounts that misuse the service.

04How generation works

We use your photo to create an 15-second football video. Portrait and original downloads are available. AI results can vary in likeness, motion, sound and detail. We do not promise an exact appearance, a particular resolution, a fixed delivery time or uninterrupted availability.

A submitted photo may be rejected or a generation may fail. Requests with an uncertain status may require review before we confirm the result or return reserved credits.

05Credits and payments

Prices and included credits appear on the pricing page. Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Each generation uses 10 credits. Credits are added after payment confirmation, which may take time to reach the application.

Credits are reserved when a valid generation starts. A confirmed generation failure returns the reserved credits once. Uncertain submissions may remain reserved until their status can be resolved. Credit restoration does not automatically refund money. See the refund policy.

06Outputs, downloads and deletion

You are responsible for ensuring your use and sharing of outputs respects applicable law, third-party rights and the permissions of people depicted. AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright or exclusivity in every jurisdiction. We do not guarantee unique results.

Download completed videos while they are available in your account. Removing a video hides its library entry; saved photos, video files and task records are retained. We keep task information to prevent duplicate requests and incorrect credit changes. Service providers may retain copies for operational, security or legal purposes.

07Availability and limitations

The service depends on external authentication, payment and generation infrastructure. Features may be temporarily unavailable or disabled while service issues are resolved. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized or unlawful use of content, or by a failure to download an output while it is available, except where law requires otherwise.

08Support and changes

Contact support@ozilai.co about an account, a purchase or a generation issue. We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will apply prospectively where required by law.
