01Who operates this service

02Account and application data

We collect your email address and the account details needed to sign you in. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive the profile information needed to create or access your account. Email sign-in uses a one-time code that expires after five minutes.

We keep your credit balance, purchase history and video generation records to provide the service and help with support requests. Purchase records include the selected pack, amount, currency and payment status, including checkouts that were not completed. You can view your orders on the Purchases page.

03Your photos and generated videos

We upload your selected photo when you confirm permission and submit a generation request. We use it to create your video and make the result available in your account. Access to saved photos and videos is restricted to your account and the services needed to process your request.

If you sign in after selecting a photo, we may temporarily save your photo and permission choice in your browser so you can continue when you return. This draft is available for up to 15 minutes and is removed when restored or when you dismiss the sign-in dialog. Your photo is not sent to Google as part of sign-in.

You can remove eligible videos from My videos. This hides the library entry; saved photos, video files and task records are retained. We keep task records to prevent duplicate requests and incorrect credit changes. Service providers may also retain copies for security, operational or legal purposes.

04Payments

Our payment service processes your payment details at checkout. We keep the purchase and transaction information needed to add credits, provide invoices, resolve payment issues and prevent duplicate charges. We do not store your full card number.

05Cookies and technical information

We use cookies to keep you signed in and protect your account. We also process information such as your IP address, browser details and service logs to maintain the website, investigate errors and prevent misuse. We do not include third-party advertising trackers.

When you create an account, we may record your browser language, referring website and campaign information, together with your IP address. We use this information to understand how people find the service and investigate fraud or abuse.

06How we use and share information

We use your information to manage your account, generate and deliver videos, process purchases, answer support requests and protect the service. We use service providers for hosting, sign-in email delivery, video processing and payments. These providers receive the information needed to perform those functions. Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live.

We may also retain or disclose information when needed to meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests or resolve disputes.

07Retention, access and requests

We retain information for as long as needed to provide your account and the services you request, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your data. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Some payment and security records may need to be kept after account deletion.

08Adults and consent

This service is for adults aged 18 or older. Only upload an adult’s image with their permission. Do not upload images of children or sensitive documents. If someone has used your image without permission, contact support with details that help us identify the content.

09Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above shows when it was last revised.
